Cellulite - non-surgical options (in addition to diet and exercise)

I just did five sessions of The Pagani STAR T-SHOCK at Capital Cryo in Rockville. I definitely lost close to about an inch total of fat off my stomach. From what I understand, it’s not as risky as cool sculpting and it’s about the same price.

Nonsense

I’m the PP who posted this. I do this all the time. It does work for me. And the bum bum cream here is just caffeine as well. So please educate yourself, Ms. Nonsense.

Not the prior poster, but by golly you are dumbbbbb. Really dumb. Go back to doing your homework and get off this site. There is no way an actual adult is posting such idiocy.

DP. Your reaction and response is over the top mean. Did you forget your caffeine this morning? Do you feel better.now having been an a#$?

The PP isn't really wrong. Caffeine products and scrubs can temporarily and subtly reduce the appearance of cellulite. Esp if combined with retinol.

It's no different than using a temp. plumper for your lips.

Google “lipedema” and see if it resonates with you. PT and compression leggings (BioFlect brand) work well.

Cellulite is genetic and 100% normal.

Yes, there are things you can do to improve the look *temporarily* but in the long run, you can thank your genes.

The science backs this up, but anecdotal evidence just for fun:
My cousin who is in the most insane shape of anyone I have ever seen is a personal trainer, eats a very clean diet, blah blah blah. She’s got the same exact cellulite I do.

Sprinting three times a week, three-six sets as fast as you can for 30-60 seconds and a long fast (5-7 days) once a month worked for me after losing 60 pounds over two years with diet and lifestyle changes and at 49 I am now firm and feel great with minimal additional exercise. I also cold plunge and walk daily.

I have had cellulite my whole life on my stomach and butt. Had it when in amazing shape, teens through mid 40s. Still have it while 20 lbs heavier now in my 50s. My mom and one sister have it, too. Meanwhile my eldest sister that has been borderline obese and a yo-yo dieter doesn’t have a lick of it! I think she got our Dad’s genes

No food at all for 5-7 days? Did this tighten skin and remove cellulite? At home cold plunge? Where did you get cold plunge tub?

What to do?

Accept that you are an aging human and your body will show evidence of that. Appreciate that you are healthy and able to lift weights and walk.

Nope
