Yes. She is running. Again. Because she has done SO MUCH for San Francisco.
She's only 83. Young for a Dem.

Nancy Pelosi is running for re-election and pledging to advance San Francisco’s “values.” What values?

I took these photos while driving through San Fran last week.

The entire city is an abomination. Homeless, drug addicted Americans living in squalor on the streets. Trash littering the sidewalks. Naked men walking around with their junk out in broad daylight.

I spoke to a cop who said he feels helpless. He witnesses crimes daily but cannot pursue the criminals due to their liberal laws. He warned me not to get out of my car and leave my stuff inside, for it would surely be robbed.

Pelosi should be primaried and the opponent should not be shy about talking about her age and her length of time in office.

She's done great things and has been a wildly successful speaker, but she, like the rest of the gerontocracy, need to go.

I don’t love that she’s running again, but she has been primaried for years, she just keeps winning.

PP here. I also support term limit legislation/constitutional amendment, but if that's the case, then that's that.

GREAT Democratic recruit for the seat currently held by Republican Eli Crane, one of the extra special crazies who voted out McCarthy.

Debbie Lesko of Arizona, fed up with the Speaker fight, announced she is retiring from her reliably red suburban Phoenix seat. She replaced Rep. Trent Franks, who resigned because he kept asking female staffers to be surrogate mothers for his babies. Democrats were competitive in that special election and in 2018 but lost 60-40 in 2020 and then Lesko ran unopposed in 2022. Should be an interesting GOP primary. Blake Masters could make it competitive for Ds if he backs off of the Arizona Senate race and runs here instead.

And Abe Hamadeh the election denier who lost the Arizona AG race is already in:

The pundit forecasts are not looking so rosy for Republicans come the November midterm...

As long as the PACs paint the GOP as anti-Social Security, Anti-Medicare/Medicaid and anti-choice, the elections won't bee too close.

The speeches today from the House floor are an accurate depiction of the GOP agenda.
