| Just called the school - they haven't called everyone who was admitted yet, but probably will have by the end of the day. And yes they'll follow up with postcards re: waitlist numbers. |

| Also, as long as the waitlist is, apparently they had more slots available this year than last for PS3 and PK4, so they're encouraging people to be optimistic about movement. So that's one tiny ray of sunshine on this snowy day. |

| My husband stopped by Friday because one campus is right near his work and they said calls would be made Monday. Does anyone know how many slots they have? We know our number, and are thrilled with it, but don't know whether it means we are in or just high on the waitlist. (We know the number because the list was public and available at the Taylor campus for a few hours, not for any sketchy reasons I promise! I know how paranoid this process can make us all.) |

I'm confused - aren't they like most schools where they have a number of admitted students, and then numbers for waitlist students? If he saw the sheet, how does he not know if you were on the admitted list or the WL list? |

| There was just one list-- the number in which name was pulled out of hat. I just called and the woman is giving info over phone (Missouri Ave number). |

Congrats, either way it sounds like you have a great shot! My number seemed bad to me, but they said to be optimistic because of what I wrote above (they had more slots and a few other reasons). Good for you though, if you're thrilled with your number you are most likely in now or by Oct. Either way that's great! |

Get this ... my number was 542!! But, there were an additional 200 applicants as the PS3 waitlist went up to 730.
