part-time preschool programs in NW DC -- am i too late for this fall?

Anonymous
Our little girl will be 2.5 this fall and we'd like to start her in a part-time pre-school program in NW DC. So far, we've only applied to NCRC. And it looks like we've missed the deadline for some of the others we've heard about (e.g., St. John's and Aidan). Any other suggestions?

Our preschool is still accepting applications. All Saints Preschool on ChCh Circle.

The list above is a good one. I would add CCBC which according to its website has another open house and applications due on Feb. 15: http://www.ccbccc.org/. Others, but I do not know their deadlines, are: CCPC, Temple Sinai, CCUMC (in Chevy Chase, MD).

Good luck.

I would add Spring Valley Montessori to your list.

I would add Crestview Montessori School. Much cheaper than Aidan, but the same educational experience in my opinion. And no fundraising!!!!

St Columba is still open.

My daughter will be two in August. Does anyone know of part-time programs (preferably coop) that accept young 2s and still have openings? I'm a SAHM and we're trying to decide whether to send her to a school this fall or keep busy with various classes and excursions.

Bannockburn Coop near Glen Echo has a 2x2 class. We loved it - welcoming community, great teachers and the coop-ing was lots of fun.
