OP here, thanks, not sure why no one responded. I didn't see this question posted in the last 3 mths.

Can't say it's the BEST but I bought the more expensive of the options at Motherhood Maternity (believe it was $30-something) and it's been working decently for me. Back hurts almost as soon as I take it off but pain is less when I'm wearing it.

I've been using the "Prenatal Mini-Cradle" band, $15 on Amazon... it's basically like a giant bra strap (elastic with hooks, which I prefer to the velcro bands because it's smoother and less prone to snag clothing). It's helped with numbness/pinched nerves in my hips. Good luck!

Does anyone have suggestions on sizing so I can use it from now till the end - I am 5-3" and completed 18 weeks - 129 lbs. I would imagine I'd put on another 15-20 lbs by the end. These are usually adjustable to 1 to 1.5" but should I order medium and large both or just medium.

Do you find it's hard to dress around? Is it bulky?

I can't tell you what to buy, but I can tell you what didn't help me. I primarily suffer from round ligament pain at 30 weeks, so I bought the cheaper one from Motherhood Maternity ($18) that was just an elastic band with velcro and 2 extra elastic straps to add back support. After wearing it for a day, I saw no difference in the round ligament pain, but now have a sore back. Plus, it put extra pressure on my bladder, and was annoying to take on and off on my many trips to the bathroom. Will be trying a new one now...
