I call BS that you're a Democrat.

DP. Then you'll have to call BS on a lot of us (which I'm sure you'll be happy to do). I was always a Democrat - through college, marriage, and kids. Up until the last years of the Obama administration, in fact. Never, ever again. The Dem. Party is now the party of victimhood, PC run amok, and pandering to illegal aliens. Nope, nope, nope.

I'm with you on this. I'm someone who believes strongly in personal responsibility, and it just got to be too much.

Ha. No. Trump campaigned on the opposite of personal responsibility. His MO is to find a group to scapegoat and blame it for the reason that his base cannot get ahead. It is because of those Mexicans or illegals or bad hombres. And his base eats it up. The lack of personal responsibility that his base exhibits is mind boggling. All while shoving opioids down their gullets.

Well, I'm sorry you find so many millions of Americans to be utterly deplorable. I'm PP, and I didn't vote for Trump. I'm not a Republican. My post didn't concern the presidential election in particular. It was more of a general statement about the Democratic party's message these days.

"I didn't vote for Trump, but...."

Got it, deplorable.

DP, but the nail in Hillary's coffin was her "deplorable" comment. So now you idiots are doubling down on it? Do you WANT to lose the next election?

HRC's absurd comments about white women and their husbands, in addition to this thread, only solidify my decision not to vote for her. HRC and her minions are the most arrogant people I've ever encountered. Democrats certainly aren't going to win in 2020 and they have no one to blame but their own sanctimonious selves for alienating a huge swath of voters. Good riddance.

LOL. As if anyone cares how you vote, deplorable. Go grow a backbone and vote policies.

Which policies in particular? Trade policies that decimate the American working class like Clinton's NAFTA? Mass incarceration policies that are designed to put away black men like the crime bill pushed by Bill and Hill? Pro-Wall Street policies like the deregulation effected by Clinton's repeal of Glass Steagal? Or the Big Banksters' Get-Out-Of-Jail-Free card post-2008 financial meltdown handed out by Obama? (At least W put a couple Enron guys in jail. Which is more than Obama could muster.) Would you like me to go on?

So you vote policies then. So you were never "alienated". Liar.

Yes. You would too if you read enough posts on here. Some idiot conservative yells "racist" anytime someone brings up an innocuous discussion about race. Just to be spiteful that liberals say that some Trump supporters are racists. Guess for that poster the truth hurts.

So, berating and insulting white women is "an innocuous discussion about race"?? Would it also be innocuous if we substitute 'black' for 'white' in that discussion? Let's try it and see how fast you yell, "racist."

If you put Muslim in the head line the admin would have deleted it a NY minute.

Absolutely. Let's preview and see what the reaction is:

Mmkay. Then quit bitching about how you liberals are going to try and bring all the moderates/undecided/independent voters into the liberal fold - or rather, into the dark abyss. There have been multiple threads, as I'm sure you know, with the usual sanctimony from liberals, asking oh so earnestly what they can possibly do to bring these swing voters over to their side in time for the next election. And it's kind of funny, because these same smug libs continue to post their profanity-laden, rage-filled diatribes against conservatives. Not really a winning strategy!
Anonymous
Anonymous wrote:Wait...so you're saying that women can't be strong, independent and just as capable as men?

I have a better answer - and this is by talking to white women and not some article from a left leaning British paper.

Most are tired of the "check your white privilege" bullshit too. They're being picked on and picked out for being oppressive for merely being white. They're sick of it. They're also sick of the media and the left constantly berating their hard working husbands, soms and brothers who happen to be white, or a cop, of a military member or maybe their husbands are all of the aforementioned groups. I know white women with Latino husbands who voted for Trump. Why? They're called out for being impressive when they're married to say - a Cuban immigrant.

Bit hopefully the left keeps it up, they're ensuring Trump's second term.

+1. Well said

I really wish she would go away; she is just a negative influence on the Democratic party. Her time has come and gone.

And it's time to stop pandering to illegal immigrants. I've been a member of the Democratic Party my entire life and much of all the rhetoric is BS.
Casa Perez and Keith 'their own states' Ellison? Trump is a loudmouth but at least he talks. The NFL? Why didn't Obama complain when knees were taken for a 2016 9 11 game?

The answer to everything from HRC is racist or Russian. That is just silly and designed to ramp up crowds. Of course Trump does the same but she is a total extreme liar. BC https://twitter.com/BillClinuton?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor

10,000 + FEMA and military in PR plus ships there or enroute and Clinton complains? http://nypost.com/2017/09/26/trump-sends-comfort-ship-to-puerto-rico-days-after-hillarys-plea/ The cruise ships ? Coulld they dock?

Likewise, sweetheart. I always vote policies - just not *your* policies. Also, the deplorable insult? Along with "Russian, Ruskie, Nazi, racist, etc." - really stale. It's telling that you keep falling back on the same old tired insults because you have nothing substantive to say. Bye now.

The left's tired reliance on identity politics (ie basket of deplorables) is why we have Donald Trump as our president. Are democrats incapable of learning from their mistakes??

You voted for Trump because someone called you a deplorable? No, you did not. Stop lying.

"Why ___ was right about Muslim women and their husbands."
"Why ___ was right about black women and their husbands."

So few black women of voting age have husbands, that you would have a small sample from which to select

Unfortunately white women are just a few yrs away from a similar date. White men are killing themselves and dying from opiate abuse and alcoholic related disease at much higher rates than other demographics. White male life expectancy has declined while all other demographics have improved. They are also increasingly choosing not to marry, not to go to college, many times not to move out of their parents house. It seems like killing themselves slowly as they live out an extended adolescence appeals to them more than marrying their female counterparts.

Black women understand that a vote to empower themselves is a vote to empower their community, because they are the backbone. White women seem to want to wait for their men to save them, and will watch their husband die from despair before they'll move to take on some of the burden. That's what centuries of living on a pedestal will do to you, you lose your empathy for people who have to work band sacrifice for the betterment of themselves and their community.

Oh hey, the weird poster who despises white women is back! Good to hear from you!
