Birth rate plummets

if you look at the racial break town of total fertility rate, yes non-hispanic whites have fallen but the black fertility rate has absolutely cratered.

never has the delta between black and non-hispanic white fertility rate been so small

or at least in modern times.

asian-american (in the broad sense) fertility is microscopic

It’s women who are destroying our democracy. Yesterday it was men holding up the American flag after it had been replaced by the Palestinian flag, and it was men singing the national anthem, while women chastised them for it.

Oh my god! Look, I don’t support the protesters but ….
“I can not say I’m educated on….”
But he’s got opinions! Can’t make it up.

The economic problems in Japan are not bad enough to make it a bad place to live. it seems rather nice.

dp..? even their government is starting to panic due to the low birth rates.

South Korea, at least, is more flexible on immigration; Japan is very xenophobic and don't want immigrants. They are in a no win situation.

japan has more immigrants than SK no?

SK is more dystopian than japan. Japan's native tfr is much higher than korea and china's.

This problem will eventually self-correct eventually. Before modern contraceptive technology there wasn’t much selective pressure on desire to have children. Now that people who don’t want children are often not passing on their genes evolution will rapidly select for people that have a higher propensity to want children and larger families in general.

+1 Japan has problems for a lot of reasons and their population is very aging. But their fertility rate is similar to China and a lot of southern European countries. Low but not remarkably so. South Korea on the other hand has a fertility rate below 1.

Religion has caused more wars and deaths than "Godlessness" ever will.

Young people not wanting to marry let alone start a family.
Young people more interested in social media than actual human contact.
Egocentricity - more concerned with one's own needs and not wanting to worry about the needs of another.
The economy and unwillingness to sacrifice luxuries for the benefit of another.

The world does not need more humans. Having a baby is selfish and done to fulfill one's self. You are not making some grand sacrifice for the world, this is about you and yours.

If everyone stopped having babies, humans would cease to exist. Seems that is what you want.
Despite your beliefs, having children is a sacrifice. It is also a blessing and an experience so rewarding that those who choose to not have children will never experience.

Sure. Keep telling yourself that. Those of us who don’t have kids will enjoy our fat bank accounts and our free time.

Just wait until you want to see a cardiologist or brain surgeon or plumber who isn't 85 years old. At some point, you're going to be relying on other people's kids.

Everyone relies on other people’s kids. Unless you have a cardiologist, a brain surgeon, and a plumber in the family.

Right! And feminism? Those pesky women trying to be treated as a human being!

Feminism as a concept is great. Who could argue with equal treatment of everyone? Unfortunately in practice it could be a biological dead end.

Considering how badly we're screwing our planet up, this would be a feature, not a bug.

So you’re an anti-human sociopath. Got it. At least you admit it.

Why is the answer to turn women into unwilling receptacles for low status incel men, rather than expect men to do better so women actually want to have sex with them?

It’s not an argument. Godlessness, feminism and abortion leads to extinction. Mother Nature always wins. I’m just fascinated watching the predictable slow train wreck and enjoying thankful for my rare intellect.
