and they are in Arlington this episode.
Featured: A young couple, 20s, no kids and a dog. They are searching in Arlington. Wish list includes large, upgraded kitchen with granite and new stainless appliances, large back yard, 4 bedrooms, 3 updated bathrooms, finished basement with high ceilings, sun porch, 15 minutes from DC, etc. Max budget, $650,000 Wife is willing to compromise on wish list, husband is not. I am very curious to see how this one goes

I heard that this show is totally set up - usually the couple has already bought a house and then they retrofit the story to fit it.
That said, I do love it. Did you see the one a week or so ago in Reston? |
| so what happened? |
| They end up in falls church. |
Much smarter choice. Their wish list and their reality did not make sense for Arlington. |
| This guy's obsession with multiple TVs is weird, and will be brought into relief for his wife once they have kids. |
True. An agent friend was in one episode. |
| I thought this couple was really mismatched looks-wise. /shallow |
Yep, the guy needed a personality transplant and was well on his way to obesity. Had the obligatory House Hunter fuzzy "consultant" job.
|
He sets up 4 TVs to watch football on Sunday - for 11 hours. LOL!
|
| Did they look at a smallish bungalow style house in Arlington? A friend's house was taking forever to sell and she mentioned on Facebook a few months back that it was supposed to be on House Hunters. The price was around $650,000. The house finally did sell, but not them I guess! |
| Yes, they did look at one that sounds like that. That house had the weirdest setup in the attic which was meant to be the 'master suite'. Bizarre. |
I made this exact same comment to my husband last night. |
| I knew they'd pick the Fall Church house. Any idea which high school that was next to house #3? |
| I watched one last week with a couple in San Diego. The guys big criteria was a nice bathtub because he was a write and did most of his work in the tub. it was really odd. |
