In case you didn't catch today's article in the Post on teen pregnancy, Wards 7 and 8, accounting for roughly 25% of the city's population, are responsible (odd choice of word here, I know) for almost 60% of the city's teen pregnancies. And the proportion is rising: not only are teen pregnancies declining elsewhere, but they're actually rising in Wards 7 and 8. |
