I think you can expect to feel lightheaded and hungry until you quit the thing after missing the first couple of meals. Try taking a fiber supplement instead if you are interested in cleansing, and if you are after weight loss, this sounds desperate and doomed to fail |

I tried it for all of half a day. The drink made me gag and totally nautious (but I'm a whimp in general). My girlfriend has used it several times before weddings or other "big" events (no pun intended) with success and enough quick weight loss that the dress she was trying to fit into didn't require a team of people to zip it up. Granted, the weight tends to come back but if you use it as a start to a healthy diet it can probably stay off. |

Did it...felt grumpy and lightheaded...don't like anything lemon flavored now. No weightloss whatsoever but I have kept up the fiber routine. Good luck, but be safe and smart--know when to quit! |
