Hated both of these books. Hated. I not at all arguing with you but I just don't like them. Now, I don't like the human stain author at all. He writes complicated men and one-dimensional women so I could be responding to his obvious misogyny. White teeth, I'll admit, I don't get so I don't viscerally hate that one. Just don't get it. |
I like popular junk and can't read dan brown. I liked Kite Runner but don't think it quite measures up to those mentioned on this thread. |
