OP, you've gotten lots of good suggestions, but I think this one is really good. Esp. Mallory and Cecily have the same vibes as Emmett -- easy to pronounce and somewhat familiar, but also not frequently used. I also liked the suggestion of Avery. I really dislike the name Hadley, and Mila is too feminine and trendy for your vibe. |

I also like Mallory - something about the double consonants tying the two names together. Emmett has MM and TT, and Mallory with the LL
Plus I just like the name Mallory |

My best friends son is Jameson and he has 2 others in his class. |
That’s a fluke. There are zero kids named Luca or Matteo at my kids’ elementary school k-5. The only names that repeat in my kids’ grades are: Nora and Theo. |
How does Mila sound more “ethnic” than Maeve or Bronwyn?? What do you mean by “ethnic”? |
Mila is typically a Slavic or Eastern European name. Maeve is Irish and Bronwyn is Welsh. All 3 names are “ethnic” |
Willa, Ruth, Margot, or Thea all feel like a similar vibe as Emmett to me. |
