This is an embarrassing overshare but hey, where if not DCUM to share? So I had my first and only baby about a year ago vaginally and now I have problems with vaginal flatulence (aka queefing). I notice it particularly right after I stand when I've been sitting down for a while. It actually makes noise and it's happened at work. I was so mortified. I'm assuming this is related to giving birth and having my parts stretched out. Is this common? Does it stop? What can I do to make it stop? |
Yes, it is very common. You are not alone. There was a thread about this in the fitness/beauty forum I think regarding someone in a yoga class, but I couldn't find it.
Time will help also Kegels. Please don't resort to something like wearing a tampon every day. That's not healthy a small embarrassment is better than an unhealthy and potentially dangerous habit. Maybe taking a standing break a little more often. |
read on, sister...

yes the vart happens a lot during exercise class |
Happened to me for many months after having each of my two kids. The kicker? I had two c-sections! |
Sometimes, I walk across the room, and it just goes and goes and goes. Like it's following me. |
You crop dust your queefs? LMAO |
so f-ing funny! |
