My husband deleted all Oscar show stuff from DVR

Anonymous
I am so pissed, not so much because I missed it but because he knows how much I love to watch it and deleted it because he's mad at me. He's now resorted to sabotage type stuff, after a weekend of mudslinging. He got pissed at me because I yelled at him when our daughter was misbehaving, he said, "OK DD, no going out for dinner then. No chips, no rice, no Mexican food." She immediately said, "no, I'm coming." Here's the punchline - we had a sitter coming and she was never going. I thought this was cruel and not a good way to interact with a 2.5 year old. I called him on it and he was pissed, saying I have no sense of humor, he was just joking. So this turned into a massive fight that lasted all weekend, culminating in him deleted everything I recorded for the Oscars.
I'm so upset at all the stuff he said, and now he's going to screw around with my stuff. I feel so trapped. I'm tempted to throw out all the chocolate covered strawberries I made last night as a peace offering...

Divorce him ASAP and find someone who isn't a total loser. Next time, wait until you are both adults before marrying.

If you have FIOS, you can go into deleted recordings to retrieve the stuff. Or try finding the coverage online. Sorry things are crappy at home

you would have had more success and sympathy if the title of your thread dealt with your husband being spiteful and using erasing the oscars as an example.

instead you make it seem like this whole thing is about something you can esily catch again online and watch again is you would stop crying about it and use your brain for two seconds

He was probably trying to save that space to record NFL combine drills.
