What do you order when you get Chinese takeout?

DH is out of town so I'm ordering in Chinese for me and DD tonight but we're in a bit of a rut. She and I always split steamed dumplings (with chili oil) and crab rangoon. Good, but I never deviate from these and was wondering what your favorite Chinese takeout dishes are.

I always get Kung Pao chicken or shrimp (vegetables, peanuts, spicy). DH always gets General Tso's chicken (not my fav- deep fried, garlic sauce).

Chicken Lo mein is my standard. I also like honey crispy chicken, mongolian beef with scallions and chicken in black bean sauce. Usually with brown rice.

Wow, I haven't had Chinese delivery in a long time. I'm hungry for it now.

I like to get chicken chow fun or moo shu chicken with extra pancakes, steamed dumplings, egg roll, crispy beef, and scallion pancakes, which are not on very many menus but so good if you can find them.

Chicken and broccoli for the kids.
Chow fun noodles
Orange beef
Moo shu pork

I used to always get the lemon chicken and schezuan green beans at Eat First when I worked near Chinatown. It was a breast filet and the sauce was light and not cloying.

Steamed veggies & chicken w/ garlic sauce on side ( I toss cashews on at home.) Brown rice. Steamed veggie dumplings. I also love sesame noodles, eggplant dishes.

Fried Rice 1.50
3 orders of eggrolls (total 6 eggrolls) $4.50

1. Cut up the eggrolls
2. Scramble eggs
3. Heat up the eggrolls into the eggs when the eggs are almost finished cooking
4. All soy-sauce

Chinese take out that feeds 3 people for 6 bucks

My gay, cheap-as-crap-but-richer-than-god brother taught me this one
