I'm sure it will be fine. It's not like it's one of the furthest regions of the boundary. I'm sure nobody has noticed that shifting it to QO would balance the socioeconomic diversity of schools in the cluster. And even if they did, nobody cares about that sort of thing. Besides, it's not like these houses would lose six figure values over it. And if all that did happen, nobody could have possibly seen this coming.

I wish I could answer, but I bought 3 years ago and have no idea what they’re charging for upgrades now. You can call the sales office and they’ll tell you how much the upgrades cost for the Kalorama model.
