I am giving my wardrobe a complete overhaul (which seems to be a trend on DCUM lately) and have started wtih pants since cooler weather is upon us. I am curious, how many pais of pants do you own? What styles (jeans, black pants, khakis, etc.)? How often do they make it in the rotation? FWIW, I work part-time in a very casual setting and am with my daughter the rest of the time. |
2 pairs of grey pants
1 pair of black pants 2 pairs of khaki pants 1 pair of jeans 1 pair of black yoga type pants |
4 pairs of khakis/cargos in various colors
4 pairs of jeans ranging from casual to dress, skinny to wide leg 3 pairs of black pants, 2 are dress 1 is casual/washable 2 pairs of dress trousers, 1 in a dark grey, 1 white That does not count the various yoga, workout and hiking/camping pants. Maybe I need to pare down, but I feel like I do wear all of them. |
The fall/winter pants I actually wear are
1 pr skinny dark jeans 1 pr skinny black pants 1 pr bootcut jeans 1 pr dark bootcut corduroys 1 pr wide leg khakis I have lots of other pants hanging in my closet, but they rarely get worn b/c so many are too dressy for my current pt job. |
I have way too many pants (lik 20 pairs) that I need to cull through. I only wear -
1 skinny jean 1 wide leg 2 black work pants 2 other colored work pants 1 unflattering jean that I should stop wearing 2 leggings |
Too many to count - I've been the same weight for the last 20+ years. I probably should weed out the fashion disasters!
What I wear though: 2-3 pairs of jeans, 2-3 pairs of athletic pants (mainly to DC's sports games), various work out pants, dark colored work pants - black, grey, brown, navy, and then suit pants. Yeah, I have a clothing problem |
