where to get petit fours in the greater NW DC area?

I'm hoping to buy some petit fours (or other small/dainty pastries) for my daughter's tea party birthday.

Just talk to the person behind the counter. They will make what you want.

Harris teeter but only the virginia stores. Maryland does not carry them for some reason
