DR is the absolute worst coach ever and TSJ aka AB promotes him to GA coach along with the Finney guy. This is the worst lineup of travel coaching I've ever seen. Most of the teams are now likely to drop out of the Nationals events this June. tsj will be the laughing stock of all NOVA soccer clubs. The older teams will be remnants of a club that once was for a few remaining months and this entire thing falls off the rail. AB is the worst person in the world to have taken over this position!

Does FCV not plan on having older boys teams next season? There are no coaches listed for older teams.

Correct. They are banking on all of their younger teams staying together for years and hoping to build something for the future.

If you are a current U13-U19 boy’s player or parent of the boys teams you got an email. They are not using Sporting Global anymore (who was previously all of the Barca academy players and coaches) for the 2024-2025 season. Our son is graduating but I know his ‘07 friends and the ‘06s who are seniors next year are all finding new clubs. I couldn’t imagine any of the remaining 09s and 10s staying. The future of FCV is in AB’s hands. Good luck to any players staying under him. I truly wish you are happy playing under his leadership.

He’s not the worst. He’s not bad. The position he is in sucks and he’s doing his best.

They have a 2012 team and 2 - 2011 teams this year in NCSL it looks like.

No other club would hire him for that level. Also college placement?
