This is not a scandal. The team has coaches to finish out the season. He had already given notice months ago. VRSC has him listed on their website as a GA coach for next season. Everyone knew he was leaving. It’s not uncommon for an employer to not keep someone around for months after they give notice once they line up your replacements.

It's not a "scandal" but it is yet another poor decision and way of handling things by AB/TSJ. But not surprising at all as this is right in-line with everything AB has done since he's been involved.

They wouldn't fire a coach with 2 weeks left on their contract unless it's for conduct. It's expected there will be turn over at the end of the contract year. Prematurely announcing your departure does more harm than good for the club. It's a business after all. Kind of shocked they didn't just let him go then.

Now if we're talking high level million dollar+ coaching jobs with built in termination pay out packages... then that's an entirely different ballgame.

He was let go because a parent, Tony, complained that his kid wasn’t being groomed to move over to VRSC. Adam then decided the best move was to remove the coach with no backup plan and dump it all over.

My expectations of FCV leadership at this point was extremely low, but this is next level. If i was this incompetent at my job, i'd be fired not promoted. What is going on at TSJ?
