I don't understand this one. What brands do you wear? Banana Republic maybe? This should be more of an solid 4. I'm 5'9, and 125lbs, I have never been able to wear a 0-2 in anything, I'm a solid size 4. I'm also lean, with a 26 inch waist. |

So many vanity lies on this thread...so many. |
I wear a size 0 in certain styles of Ann Taylor skirts and pants but I am average height/weight - not remotely thin, medium build (115 and 5'4). Sizing is crazy in some brands. Most of my pants are 2 or 4. |
It's crazy! |
It may not be. I’m 5’4” and 100 lbs and most 0s are now too big. Stores that used to fit me have vanity sizing so bad that I can’t fit in anything. |
5’4” and 112 and 30F bra here - I wear a 0-2 depending on the brand. My thighs are the biggest part of me and I wear size 25 jeans, not sure what that would be considered. |
If you try on pants or jeans labeled 24 or 0, and they're still too big for you...then you're a true size 0.
|
How can you say you are not remotely thin? I'm 113 and 5'3'. I'm absolutely thin. I'm not a 0, but I'm a 25 in jeans, XS in tops, and size 2 in pants and dresses. I understand there are different body types and builds, etc., but really there is no way 115 and 5'4 isn't thin. |
Ugh not this again. |
I am 5'2" and 115, and I definitely do not feel "thin" and I own nothing that is size 0. |

Vanity sizing is so out of control that I don’t even know my own size anymore. I am 5’1” and about 111-113 lbs. Years ago I was a 4, then I was a 2, now I am zero or smaller depending on the brand. |
PP above and I meant to add that there are many stores I don’t even attempt to shop in because their smallest size is almost always huge in me. Anthropologie is one example. That’s been true for years. And a lot of it due to being short, but not all. |
