No specific recommendations, but wouldn't this be a handyman-type job? I'm not in Bethesda, but for such things, there are handyman ads in the local paper.

Has anyone done DIY wallpaper, the pre-glued, stick on type? I've heard it is easier to install and to remove. I'm interested in textured wallpaper for a small room that has somewhat imperfect walls right now.
