how can i make my friend feel better?

help me moms, and dads!what do i say? how can i help? my friend's husband decided to divorce. she's devastated and she lives in califnia! so i cannot go over give a hugand physically be a shoulder for her to cry on. she' s a close friend and i'd really like to hlp any way i can. i just found out about this divorce thing. just a couple of weeks ago eveything seemed fine. ah. what can i say to make it a tiny amount better. please help.
