Anyone following the Casey Anthony trial?

I followed the case when Caylee first went missing and Casey was arrested. I have always went back and forth between sympathy for Casey's family and irritation with some of their denial. But I cannot believe that Casey and her defense attorney would through George under the bus in order to plant reasonable doubt. Accusing him of molestation and covering up the accidental death, it seems absurd. Casey must be the one of the biggest sociopaths the world has ever seen. Her attitude, behavior and accusations are mind boggling.

I followed it closely in the beginning too, because I had a newborn and always in the house, and at all hours of the night, up and breastfeeding. That's when Nancy Grace and I were on a first name basis!
I don't know, maybe it's all true about George. Either way, Casey is f'ed up in the head; maybe he's the reason why? I'm not ready to jump to conclusions, I'm just not denying that it's in the realm of possibility. |

| The thing I found interesting is that the defense has now claimed that Caylee accidently drowned. Then in a cross examination by the defense of the boyfriend, he said that Casey had taught her how to swim. The defense was just trying to show evidence that she was a good mother and then out pops that little gem. I know that anyone can drown, still it was interesting that it was in direct conflict with the entire theory. |

her story has changed so many times, this is just her latest attempt to shift blame. sure it is POSSIBLE that her father molested her, but I think it is just the only card she has left to try to play to keep her from the chair.
She is a pathological liar. |
