It what can only be described as an amazing display of schadenfreude, DC CFO Natwar Gandi testified before the DC Council today and complained that people aren't paying their parking tickets. Also today, Council Member Marion Barry's Jaguar got booted because of 9 unpaid parking tickets.

Yes, what can you say? He's his own show. If you wrote a fictional piece about him, critics would say that no one could possibly be that ridiculous in real life. |
