All I know is that it is very likely that Biden loses Virginia. It will be well deserved.

Only if Northern Virginia falls into the ocean. To win VA, you gotta win N. VA. And Trump ain't gonna win N. VA.

Trump doesn’t have to win NOVA to take VA. He just can’t lose by a big margin.

I think you’re going to be surprised by results from NOVA in November PP. He’s going to take VA using the Youngkin strategy.

How did you think Youngkin’s party was going to do in 2022? His fleece vest has faded.

Trump has more minority support than any R in history.

Dems are in severe panic mode. #WalkAway

Are you trying that again? That panned out about as well as the imaginary red wave did. No one walked away.

NP. I’m pretty sure this is a correct. Dems have long taken minorities for granted. Lots of minorities are quite conservative or traditional and have attitudes more in line with The GOP. As overt racism has been in steady decline, it’s increasingly common to see GOP-aligned nonwhites.

And the Gaza thing will depress minority turnout for Biden.

This is such an idiotic take. Who are the Democrats that are supposedly taking “minorities” for granted? The leadership of the Democratic Party has many minorities at all levels. The VP, the House leader, the DNC Chairman, dozens of Members of Congress, state and local government leaders, party officials and activists all over the country, etc. Minorities are not voting for your white nationalist party.

From that CNN article posted above a lot of it seems to relate to inflation and the fact that centrist minorities are feeling left out of the conversation. Well, and the obvious fact that they don’t relate to an old white guy, but that doesn’t help Trump, either.

“Inflation, analysts in both parties agree, has also disproportionately hurt Biden with Black and Hispanic voters, many of whom live paycheck to paycheck. And conservative analysts believe Biden is also being hurt because many non-White voters view Democrats as too liberal on cultural issues including LGBTQ rights, crime and even control of the border – although polls make clear a majority of non-White voters side with Democrats on other marquee social issues, particularly abortion and gun control.“

People are also forgetting that many urban blacks are upset over the sudden influx of illegal migrants from the border crisis. It is still a major source of tension in New York and Chicago and a few other places.

Most of you ignore that all Trump has to do is to flip 100,000 votes to get back the swing states he lost. Which is definitely very feasible. Minority turnout drops slightly in these states, Trump is winning the election.

This is what Biden is facing:

1. Angry youths sitting out the election
2. Angry Muslims sitting out the election
3. Angry Jews switching their vote to Trump
4. Angry urban blacks sitting out the election or even switching their vote to Trump.

He just needs 100k of them. Definitely very feasible.

That’s presuming that Trump has done anything to actually increase his votes.

Biden wins popular vote by at least 5 million votes but loses 316-217 in the electoral college. Maybe even 329-204 if Trump pulls off the upset in VA.

No, t will not win. There is just no way Biden et al will allow that thing to take over.

Are you suggesting Biden would not relinquish the presidency if he loses the election?

DP. Hasn't one of Trump's lawyers been in front of the SC just this week arguing that presidents can do whatever they want, full immunity?

Youngkin over performed in NOVA as a backlash against the school boards during Covid. That’s over.

That's not over. You keep relying on a vocal minority.

I thought the story lime was that Trump can’t get a fair trial in NYC because it’s all Dems who hate him. So which is it?

If he has presidential immunity tell us why he shouldn’t try to overturn the election, maybe pressure some governors to “find” some votes, get some Dem governors to send some fake electors to congress and publicly urge Harris accept their votes, cry about it being an unfair and rigged election and then incite a mob to break into the Capitol, damaging the historic building, fighting with the cops causing some to lose fingers, pooping on the flooor, stealing things and threatening to hang the VP. I mean if he has presidential immunity there’s no reason he shouldn’t try that right?

I'm a 37F Kerry-Obama-Obama-Clinton-Biden voter and preparing to vote red (at least partially) this year in Spotsylvania County. I especially despise the carpetbagger Vindman and I'm downright giddy to vote against him. The only republican I've ever voted for was 10+ years ago in Massachusetts when I voted for Scott Brown in the special election to replace Ted Kennedy.

Must be nice not to worry about having a dangerous or unwanted pregnancy.

"For anyone who understands the role of the free press in a democracy, it should be troubling that President Biden has so actively and effectively avoided questions from independent journalists during his term," the Times began its statement. "The president occupies the most important office in our nation, and the press plays a vital role in providing insights into his thinking and worldview, allowing the public to assess his record and hold him to account."

"Mr. Biden has granted far fewer press conferences and sit-down interviews with independent journalists than virtually all of his predecessors. It is true that The Times has sought an on-the-record interview with Mr. Biden, as it has done with all presidents going back more than a century. If the president chooses not to sit down with The Times because he dislikes our independent coverage, that is his right, and we will continue to cover him fully and fairly either way," it added.

The Times continued, "However, in meetings with Vice President Harris and other administration officials, the publisher of The Times focused instead on a higher principle: That systematically avoiding interviews and questions from major news organizations doesn’t just undermine an important norm, it also establishes a dangerous precedent that future presidents can use to avoid scrutiny and accountability. That is why Mr. Sulzberger has repeatedly urged the White House to have the president sit down with The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, CNN and other major independent news organizations that millions of Americans rely on to understand their government."

The statement came following a report from Politico Magazine about escalating tensions between the Times and the White House.
