| They are picking up a lot of players from McLean and Great Falls. Looks like Scott’s Run will main practice field after May. Looks like U16 team won 8-0 over weekend from facebook feed. |

| Like Barca before them, how will they attract talent? They will have luck at the early ages and build off of that, but top players won't leave a club unless its competing in the top leagues. Barca's youngers team began to really thrive as they matured in the system after 4-5 years but then they shut down. AC Milan will have the same struggles, but hope they do succeed. But they are a small club with a big name. |

| So Barca Academy developed players. And everyone I’ve ever spoken to about Barca had a great experience. Hopefully same goes for AC Milan and the area has some good players as a result of their formation and efforts. |

| Tryouts were sparse. As others have said, their best chance is solidifying the younger ages, develop them, and grow from there. I know they have MLSN ambitions but it will take a while to get there. |

| I want this club to succeed so bad, my son left Barca to get on a MLS Nxt squad for college purposes but we loved their training. Just the focus on the basics like first touch, field scaning, and passing with a purpose. No other club has been able to touch their training, but they could never get into a top league and therefore lost their top players to MLS/ECNL clubs. But I still see those kids thriving because the fundamentals are there. |

| They did not get reviewed at the NCSL BOD meeting Monday night. Maybe at the one at the end of June? I don't think the club has made their presentation to the NCSL Executive Committee yet, but I don't know why. |

| Do they know where they will be practicing in the fall? Their tryout permits are all over the place. Someone who could do Herndon can't necessarily do annandale or tysons. |
