I agree, it's about hiding the vegetables AND giving it to them undisguised, making sure you are eating them to model it, and making it fun and tasty (with dips, faces, etc).

As for greens--you can blend raw spinach into smoothies! Just add the spinach to the liquid first and blend it real well before adding the frozen fruit and other ingredients. Blueberries hide the green flecks the best.

To each his own, I guess. I've made them many times and they've been gobbled up by friends/ family everytime.

I think "disguising" the veggies is fine, esp when they are little and going through a picky phase(s). We disguise and offer other veggies. She'll now eat some veggies but not enough.

From Deceptively Delicious, their little taquitos (I think she calls them cigars) are delicious. It's basically pureed veggies and either chicken or tuna. We love them.
