What is the most afforadble option do summer camp? (Arlington)

+1 The enrichment summer school programs for ES are a deal. Extended day is an extra fee but still a lot cheaper than other camps.

Arlington County camps registration is usually in early to mid-February (It was Valentines Day this year)

i'll also throw in sportzcamp4kids. they are 9-3 usually under $200 per week with extended day add ons that isn't too expensive. Easy to get in as needed from my experience. Kicker is that your kid should like sports.
