Thank you for the link about swimtowin.com! I have been searching high and low for a maternity swim suit fit for actual lap swimming. I love the racer back style for suits and was ecstatic to find a maternity swimsuit with one. Thanks for the information!! |
From http://www.verysexybikini.com/ can get maternity swim suits in various style. Its an online shopping store. I just like to buy from there because of good service. The main advantage is that i can get my stuff right next day after order. |

although i don't live in DC, i stumbled on this forum looking for advice on a maternity swimwear, since it is incredibly hard to find. and like the OP, i am looking for something functional for lap swimming. just wanted to throw in my two cents that the maternity tankini from Old Navy is NOT good for lap swimming after some basic wear and tear. i bought one last pregnancy for a vacation, where it was fine, but this pregnancy have been swimming laps regularly and it is not good for this. perhaps if you have smaller breasts it will work, but i've found this offers absolutely no support and the elastic around the ribcage that would "hold you in and up" is flimsy at best. if you are like most women whose breasts get larger than life during pregnancy, i'd seek out a one-piece with heavy support straps....i'm still looking! |
Thanks for the link! That's exactly what I was looking for. |
You can also try the http://tummystyle.com/products/Prego-Maternity-Black-Empire-Tank~1337.html Prego Maternity Empire Tank for lap swimming. Prego makes really good suits that fit and support. |
