why do I find taylor swift annoying?

Because Taylor has now managed to become a hot goody goody who is dating lots of guys and breaking up with them. Earning lots of $$$.

And she STILL comes off as sweet, little, innocent Taylor. Sweet, sexy, rich little Taylor who can pretty much choose which guy she wants. And dump him if he displeases her. And then write a song about him..

I like TS but there is that irritating, open-eyed, open-mouthed surprised at how fun life is!!!!! persona that gets irritating.

I'm also tired of lyrics mentioning red lips. Those are her signature, I guess.

+1. She's too precious and self-consciously perfect. I think it is the try-hard striving. Lainey of Lainey Gossip has running bit about try-hards, but oddly she worships Taylor, who is the most try-hardy of them all.
