If you have a snow day, are you going anywhere today?

Just took the kids on a walk to Dunkin' Donuts. Some of our neighbors haven't shoveled yet, which made pushing the jogging stroller more challenging. Otherwise, it was nice to get out. We'll check out the sledding hill after younger dd wakes from her nap.

BJs was a ghost town. Was so nice to just shop in peace without feeling rushed and without having to navigate other shoppers. Going to the gym in a bit.

We've been out to play in the snow, shovel snow, and sled a few times (just near our house). Otherwise, we've been hanging out.

Writing my dissertation. It is due next Friday to the graduate school and this is exactly what I needed. I should be done tonight!

I'm a teacher. I woke up at 7, ate a bowl of cereal and went back to sleep. I woke up at 12, drove to McDonald's for Mcnuggets (haven't had those since I was a kid), went back to sleep. I just woke up, checked DCUM...going back to sleep. This is the life.

Gym, post office, general walking around and snow-watching, quick stop at the grocery store. I love living in a walkable place!
