I do know of a woman who bought a house and when the owner moved, he took the fridge with him. She had to work with realtor to locate and find him. He ended up just giving her money towards a new one.

But fridges don't usually convey. Particularly in other parts of the country. I'm surprised he paid up. All other kitchen appliances usually convey.

Get the cheap Mini Blinds to Go from Home Depot until you figure out which window treatments to buy. They are about $5 for sizes that range from 24" to 42". We bought some for kitchen meaning to get them replaced, but we still have them. It provides privacy but filters in the light. I have not been able to find expensive versions of these blinds. Most of the wood blinds block out too much light. +1 about the seller being petty.

Call a window covering company. They measure, Order and install. What cheap ass houses do you live in where you put up crap coverings? Get custom coverings.

Cheap? We had blinds installed in our house and it cost $5K.

No joke! WTF though, who takes the blinds as if your next house will have windows of the same size?

Home Depot did ours - we had uncommonly big and tall windows.
