maybe if I had unlimited money and it was a second home and toy. Otherwise no, they depreciate very quickly and you never get your money back out of them

No. They dont hold value well. I would compare it to buying a hyundai vs. an acura.

did you see the HOA dues... $1400/mo. that is probably a marina fee... but still.

redfin top left corner near the square footage it always lists the HOA dues.

Ok thanks. I do see the 1400 hoa. I guess if one was interested they could drive the boat to a cheaper spot.

Definitely! When I lived in Seattle I used to walk the docks and look at all the pretty house boats. Some are pretty cheap. http://www.estately.com/listings/info/2410-n-northlake-wy
