All Day Sickness....Help!

I'm at 14 weeks, and still feeling queasy/nauseous.

A friend recommended chewing gum, and I find that it helps. Like peppermint gum. Not sure if the extra saliva production helps out, or what, but it does seem to help.

Also, like the pp, if you can stomach it, having a little bit of food in you seems to help.
