Me: 60K
DH: Used to be 50K in 2007, but steadily decreased with the economy (owns his own business, very economy-dependent trade)

He recently cutback his hours and stays home with our DC#1 two days a week. We still pay >$1,600/mo in childcare (nanny, couldn't find 3-day/week childcare around here) and are thinking of having him be a full-time SAHD. And he will probably keep on doing projects on the side.

We are super-frugal outside of our childcare expenses (we even moved in with a friend and rent out our downtown condo) but two years+ of this is getting ridiculous. We used to have a v. comfortable lifestyle.
