I LOVED the way my breasts looked when I was nursing and they did not bother me at all. The only thing that bothered me is that I leaked the entire time and that was annoying, but as far as them getting in the way or feeling heavy, I LOVED them. We are trying for #3 and you BET I'll get implants after I'm done.

Personally, don't understand why ANYONE would get them prior to having kids. It is very short sighted.
