Is it normal to wipe blood with a BM on your period?

Is it the exact same shade and color as your period blood? Is there blood on your stool? I'd be more concerned if the blood and stool were mixed. I have never not had this happen on my period. --Miss Marple

After much pressure from my family I went to a therapist. "Why are you here?" "I suffer from severe health anxiety and I'm also afraid to drive on the highway. I need help." She proceeded to ask about my childhood, whether I had trauma, and so on...No, no trauma. Are you going to help me with my problem? I've been to probably half a dozen therapists and all they want to do is hash out my past.
