Do you know what "bet" means? |
Excellent question. |
+1 the suit itself is abuse |
The law doesn’t need standing, right?
Maybe I’m wrong but can’t anyone sue? He doesn’t have to be the sperm donor Any lawyers wanna set me straight? |
From the article if you’d have bothered reading it: Duane [the woman’s lawyer] described the woman’s relationship with Davis as “toxic and harmful.” The second sentence you quoted above asks us to think about the consequences of such laws. Such as a scenario where a rapist sues his victim prevent her from getting an abortion. You can count on that happening if we don’t do away with these lawsuits and horrible anti-abortion laws. It’s telling that you so vehemently want to defend a man like this one in Texas who is harassing a woman for her private actions regarding her body. Do you identify with him somehow? |
That MRA forced birther is really having difficulty with this one. And would probably ask what the woman was wearing, just to make sure he didn’t miss a chance to shame her. |
What difference does it make? He’s suing her for getting an abortion. Do you support that? Do you support Trump’s desire to “monitor” pregnant women? |
I’m not a lawyer, but I think the reporting when this law went into effect was that anyone could sue. |
Most people don't care. do you know how many millions of women are going to vote for Trump anyway? |
And this is why I am done with this country if he wins |
I think you might be overestimating the popularity of the GOP among women. |
What evidence is there that it was his baby? Seems he would have to establish standing to sue.
It's so ironic how closely American Christians are in their attitudes towards women to the Muslim countries they like to look down on. |
Texas law doesn’t need standing. Thanks to Trump stacking SCOTUS with billionaires backed judges. |
Unfortunately Texas’s law makes it so anyone can sue even people not related to the woman or fetus. |
No, do you know? |
