Ladies, have you ever dated a much younger man?

Right now I wish I was dating someone 5 years or more younger. Instead I’m with someone who is 5 years older and he’s always tired and never wants to do anything. Not to mention he is not able to keep up in the bedroom.

I am in a relationship with a man who is 11 years younger than I am. Does that qualify as "much" younger? It's great. He's great. There are little things that come up, but nothing we can't work with. An example is I watched Full House when it was airing originally and had some of the same clothes as DJ. He saw it in reruns. Stuff like that.

Notice most women that dated younger still stayed above the age of 30. This post would look very different if men were answering. Their idea of younger goes down to the early 20s, regardless of their age.

Guy here. Unfortunatey, the dating pool is like oxygen at elevation - it gets thinner the higher you go up. There’s just more choices as you include people outside of the standard norm. Plus young people have a greater connection with their youth and are often more fun to hang around.

I’ve had flings with much younger men but never really dated them. After my divorce at 45 I was pretty needy and looking for fun. At 52 I’m more than happy with someone my age.

I’m not proud of it was but I was 28 and he was 19. We met online and he was a virgin and didn’t have luck with women. He was incredibly shy and nerdy. I showed him some things and made him confident with women. This last about 2 months until he got the courage to ask his college crush out. I haven’t stayed in touch, as that was many years ago, but I hope he’s doing well. I was a late bloomer too and could relate but the age gap now makes me cringe.
