Also get your thyroid checked, OP.

I’ve had good luck with Rapidbrow and Anastasia brow powder.

Oral minoxidil is a pretty serious drug, but otc topicals and cosmetics can work well.

There were two other recent helpful threads on grey brows and light brows, one updated yesterday, and one from 4/5.

You have to dye them.

+1000 for the vaseline but it must be name brand not generic, you have to stick with it and use it a few times a day but it works.

Castor oil has worked for me in the past, but I have to be careful as it can cause me to break out. I've noticed the largest difference recently, and I think it's because I've increased my protein: scoop of protein powder in my oatmeal at breakfast, salmon for lunch, and some other kind of protein at dinner.

I was told to never use Romaine anywhere except the scalp - it's very drying to the face.

Caesar salads just aren’t the same without it.

I use revitalash

I started using Grandebrow in January and I do think it has made a difference. Are my brows all thick like they were in my 20s? No. But they do seem a bit thicker than they were last year. I bought it from Ulta.

Why would this work?

I have that issue with my eyelids if I use it for my eyelashes, but I have not noticed it on my eyebrows. I think the skin on your eyelid is much thinner to begin with than the skin on your eyebrows, so that issue is more pronounced on the eyelid than the eyebrow.
