I did ginger ale and fruit.

You need something in your stomach. I found that having an empty stomach made it worse.

GL. Mine was so bad, I seriously didn't know how I was going to remain pregnant. Luckily it subsided around week 14, but man, between that 6 week and 14 week, I thought I was going to die.

This - Bonjesta is extended release, so it will give you more relief throughout the day. It was the only thing that helped me in my last pregnancy.

I had to take b6 and Unisom during the day as well.
The sleep aid effect did get less dramatic after a week or so, but I should note that it would NOT have been safe for me to drive. Just something to keep in mind.

Thanks. Unfortunately I need to be able to pick my son up from school in the afternoons so I’ve been hesitant to add a dose of unisom midday.

Trying to stomach small portions of proteins every few hours to see if that helps. Anyone have suggestions for palatable proteins? Meat has been nauseating but trying egg whites and cottage cheese type things.

Zofran in combination with Reglan made it tolerable for me but even then I could hardly get out of bed. I'm sorry, it's awful. Ask your OB for more and different meds.

Sour apple jolly ranchers way cheaper than preggo pops.

Tiny pasta like pastina or ditamini with butter.

And no one will believe this but a chocolate egg cream — combo of dairy and carbonation really helped my stomach acid problem.

Smelling isopropyl alcohol.

I found cold apples first thing in the morning really helped. Also, fruit in general (but especially apples) and drinkable Greek yogurt.

Never letting my stomach get too empty or full.

Anything cold also helped and getting fresh air outside.

This is a very very bad idea. Do not do this or sniff any other chemicals, OP (I’m sure this is already obvious…).
