Looks like the house didn’t originally have a basement and someone excavated the crawl space. That costs a significant amount to do, but doesn’t look like they finished it very well |

| We've thought about putting in a pool similar to that one in a backyard about the same size. Good idea or no for resale? Not looking to make a return on the investment, but if it would deter sales (some years down the road), then I'd think twice. |

Pools take a lot of work. And families with kids might be wary given this one doesn’t have a fence |

| beautiful exterior with great curb appeal. the primary bedroom seems small though, I'm assuming it's the first bedroom pictured? totally agree about the basement, that space would actively deter me from working out. |

Description says the pool is heated, which strikes me as a mandatory feature if you're going to have a pool in this area. |
