I am betting the victims don't consider these offenses "non-violent."
He may be innocent until proven guilty, but given that he was arrested, released, then arrested again on the same charges, perhaps it is time that Fairfax County work with ICE to detain these individuals until a trial/hearing is held. Or, do you think it is ok to put additional children at risk?

What is unique about an immigrant and why fixate on this man? Wouldn’t all those charged with the same crime be equally “risky”?

I don't think they should be releasing people on bail if they have been accused of multiple violent crimes period. It does not matter whether they are a US citizen or not. Anyone arrested and accused of crimes on multiple separate occasions should be ineligible for parole or bail. At this point, it is a public safety issue. We cannot let people out in the general public when they have multiple outstanding charges for violent crimes.

They need them out of jail to vote.

What is unique is Fairfax County preventing federal law enforcement from pursuing immigration violations. Would they let a US citizen go without turning them over to the FBI? Nope. Also, Fairfax County should not be encouraging antisocial child predators to migrate here whether they are fleeing political issues or not.

Agree- this is what Descano planned.

His campaign and his re-election campaign were funded primarily by Soros. Descano is one of more than a dozen “social justice” prosecutors funded primarily by Soros.

“Social justice prosecutors” refuse to prosecute criminals because they believe prosecution and jail is “not racially equitable.”

The result is that you - the public - will be victimized by repeat-offender criminals who should be in prison instead of breaking into your house.

Not necessarily. Being here illegally means he is a flight risk.

Remember this when someone tells you illegal immigration is a "victimless" crime.

"It is truly astounding to me how liberals will defend a pedophile over children. Very eye-opening."

Alleged pedophile. The man has not been convicted of anything. And the statement said the alleged crimes were "without force."

It was right for Fairfax County to protect this man from deportation. He has just as much a right to be here as we do. He was probably trying to leave the oppression in Honduras and wanted a better life here.

So you’re an apologist for both pedophiles AND illegal immigrants. Why am I not surprised?

DP. JFC. Did you even bother to read the article? I bet you’d be singing a different tune if it was your child he was charged with “carnal knowledge of.”

Liberals love molesting little kids. These commie mommies celebrate child rape.

Fairfax County has really gone severely downhill....

The schools, the government, the court system.
Sad to see.

I remember talking to a guy campaigning for Descano’s opponent back in 2019.

He was very passionate about the consequences to the county if Descano got elected, and here we are.
