I also recommend the Cummer Museum. It is right on the river.

Jacksonville is a great location and has recently become popular. It has a lot to offer but the unfortunate part is it is getting (like most of FL) overpopulated. It has great weather and lots of lifestyle opportunities.

No it does not.

Downtown is dead after 5 even with the River walk development. It's crappy and not safe.

Housing costs are out of control

Getting home insurance at a decent rate LOL not happening.

Jobs do not pay well.

Amazon is thinking of pulling out because of DeSantis.

Although we were just there and masked people were everywhere. So MAGA this is not the place for you.

St Augustine as well lots of masking.

Florida is a dump.

Nothing appealing about that place at all. I honest feel like that was clickbait

I read moronic comments like this and it strikes me as irony that some people think it's the people in Florida who are dumb. You are an idiot. King or queen of stereotyping, innuendo and having blinders on.

That place looks awesome! Great house, great area, near 5 points and not far from downtown. I love it!
