Address it with the principal. If they do nothing, have the kid record, put it on youtube |
I agree about going to principal, preferably several parents doing it so there is volume. We had that happen with a teacher who didn't curse, but routinely belittled students during class. This was on zoom during Covid (!) so many parents including myself could hear it first hand and complained. He was let go. As for recording, you can easily look up your state laws. |
Don’t have your kid record anything but tell your principal that you’ve heard it from multiple sources that the teacher does this. That’s not professional, screams of anger issues and is not appropriate at all. |

Hasn't happened at my 8th grader's MCPS middle school. Nor did it happen at my now-college freshman's MCPS high school. These things are NOT normal, and there should be pushback from parents. |
