I found my funeral dress on Poshmark, fwiw. A simple black sheath dress with 3/4 sleeves by Donna Morgan.

If what you want is a conservative, easy to wear, dress that you won't pay too much for, Lands End generally works well.
Anne Taylor is also a good option, for a bit more money.

I think this is perfect, and very versatile.

I thought both the Amazon dresses were great options. I don't think you want long sleeves if the weather ends up warm or humid.
