Just move a little north to Silver Spring OP and be done with it.
Affordable, better schools, and diverse. |
It actually is crazy to assume that loving the JLES neighborhood means they love Brightwood because. . . JLES is not in Brightwood. I feel like you're talking crazy pills. And if you're the same PP who told OP to "move to the other side of Brightwood" maybe you're just tripling down because you misread, made an assumption and are pot committed at this point. Also 16th St Heights is not even immediately south of Brightwood; there's an entire neighborhood in between them. |
I am not the poster you are replying to, but I have lived in this area for almost 20 years now and I am not aware of a neighborhood that sits between 16th Street Heights and Brightwood. To which neighborhood are you referring? |
There is no neighborhood between Brightwood (west of GA Ave and north of Military(/Missouri)) and 16th St Heights (west of GA Ave and south of Military). There's Brightwood Park, but that's east of Ga Ave. Not sure why PP is getting so worked up about the technical boundary between Brightwood and 16th St Heights, but yes, technically JLES is in 16th St Heights. Though so is Brightwood Rec Area, so not sure it really really matters. |
