Help me understand how a law that was passed by Congress - Title IX - can unilaterally be changed by a president.

How can he do this without a vote of Congress?

Race isn’t a valid comparison. Women’s sports are affirmative action for sports. Maybe the special Olympics would be a more precise comparison. Unlike with race, Women literally cannot compete with men. This is a biological reality.

Yet, to be a good Democrat, we are expected to pretend this isn't true. Why is our party doing this? It's insane.
