I am wondering about this too

She got fired for getting arrested over a drunken night in Loudoun with the former FE principal (she was the VP for that P).

You forgot to added that the former Principal, who left to take a DEI job at Central Office, also wallet go from that position due to the same incident.

She wasn’t in a DEI job; she was an Executive Principal for Region 3.

I don't know, maybe she changed roles since she left FE, but she left FE to fill role with a Title that I think I remember containing the words civil rights and equity

One of them was in a R3 position, an equity position, and seems to be still listed in a made up Gatehouse position.

The other one seems to be a principal in SC now.

The one now in SC is at my child's school. It surprised me that she was fired from one school and hired by ours. If her actions were bad enough to be fired, I would think it'd show up on a background check. I have searched about the arrest though and have not found anything about it. I doubt many parents would approve of this if they found out. I, for one, am not happy about it.

That makes it sound like FCPS responds to drunk-driving or other criminal arrests by promoting the employee.

Court records are public. Just do a search with the words Zuber, Leona and Smith

I have done one with Zuber, but nothing came up.
